Job Club Advertising Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

This agreement ("Agreement") governs advertising job roles and consultancy ("Services”) within Business Podcasts produced by Smart Resources Solutions ("Production House") for the promotion of job roles, products, and services for the Advertiser.

2. Free Advertising Services

The Podcast Producer offers the opportunity for the Advertiser to advertise roles and services at no cost as:

• Host read ads - Advertisement read during the podcast.

• Pre-Roll ads - Ads produced for a spot before the main production plays.

• Mid-Roll ads - Ads produced for a spot mid-way through the main production.

• Post-Roll ads - Ads produced for a spot after the main production plays.

2.1 Delivery Requirements

• The Advertiser completes a job details form on web site https://www.smartresourcesolutions.com.

• The Production House will have the final say on which ads are chosen for use.

 

3. Payment Terms

 

3.1 Fees

• Total Cost: Ads are free of charge.

• Payment Due:  N/A

 

4.Reporting

The Production House (at its discretion) provides [monthly/quarterly] reports with:

• Download numbers (Apple/Spotify analytics).

• Click-through rates (if tracking links used).

5. Removal of content

This is a free service; the Production House retains the right remove ads without advertiser consent and is not liable for damages in any form.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [England/Wales/Scotland/N. Ireland].
