Membership levels and prices
Membership is paid monthly. Prices are shown excluding VAT; the amount charged each month includes VAT at 20%.
- Founding Membership: £20 + VAT a month (£24 including VAT).
- Early Membership: £39 + VAT a month (£46.80 including VAT).
- Core Membership: £49 + VAT a month (£58.80 including VAT).
- Premium Membership: £119 + VAT a month (£142.80 including VAT).
Founding, Early and Premium Membership include weekly accountability sessions and Business Roundtables. Core Membership includes fortnightly accountability sessions and does not include Business Roundtables. Premium Membership also includes a quarterly 60-minute 1:1 session. The full benefits of each level are described on the SMART Business Club page.
Introductory memberships
Founding Membership is available to the first 20 members to join, or until 10 January 2027, whichever comes first. Once Founding places are filled, Early Membership is available until 10 January 2027. Neither is available to new members from 11 January 2027. Core Membership is available to new members from 11 January 2027.
Founding and Early members keep their introductory monthly price and enhanced benefits, including weekly accountability sessions and Business Roundtables, for as long as their membership remains continuously active. If your membership ends for any reason, including cancellation or a payment that cannot be collected, and you later rejoin, the price and membership levels available at that time will apply.
Introductory places are allocated in the order checkouts are completed. If several people are checking out at the same moment that the last Founding place is taken, we may honour a small number of additional Founding memberships.
Payment
You pay by debit or credit card through Stripe, our payment provider. Your first payment is taken when you join, and then on the same date each month. You will receive a receipt and VAT invoice for each payment.
If a payment fails, we will let you know and Stripe will try again over the following days. You can update your card at any time through Manage My Membership. If payment still cannot be collected, your membership may end.
Cancelling your membership
There is no minimum membership period. You can cancel at any time through Manage My Membership, or by emailing us.
When you cancel, your membership continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken. We do not refund part months, except where the law requires it.
If you are joining as a consumer rather than for your business, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of joining. If you ask us to start your membership within that period, we may deduct an amount for the membership you have already received.
When your membership ends, your access to member sessions, resources and the private WhatsApp community ends too, and you will be removed from the community.
Sessions and the community
Sessions take place online at times we publish in advance. We may change session times, formats, guest speakers or resources from time to time, while keeping the overall benefits of each membership level.
Sessions are not recorded.
Members are expected to treat each other with respect, keep what other members share in confidence, and not use the community for hard selling or unsolicited marketing. We may suspend or end the membership of anyone who does not follow these expectations.
Premium 1:1 sessions
Premium members are entitled to one 60-minute 1:1 session each quarter, booked in advance.
If you need to rearrange a 1:1 session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. A session missed without at least 24 hours’ notice may count as used. Unused sessions do not roll over into the next quarter.
Changes to prices and these terms
We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email of any change to your monthly price or any significant change to these terms. If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
Founding and Early prices will not increase, and their enhanced benefits will not be removed, while your membership remains continuously active.
