Bring your business challenges to the table and benefit from the collective experience of other business owners.
Each member has the opportunity, if they wish, to share a business challenge, receive fresh perspectives, explore possible solutions and learn from the experiences of others.
There is no pressure to bring a challenge every time.
Quarterly 60-minute 1:1 session
Dedicated one-to-one time every quarter to explore your individual business questions, talk through challenges and consider your next steps.
Sessions are booked in advance. If you need to rearrange, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

When does SMART Business Club start?
Our first accountability session is on Tuesday 10 November 2026. Members receive the session time, joining details and the calendar of upcoming sessions by email when they join.
Do I need to attend a workshop before joining?
No. You can join SMART Business Club directly at any time. If you’d like to experience how we work first, our free workshop, MAKE IT HAPPEN, is a good place to start.
Who can join SMART Business Club?
Any business owner who wants a supportive community, practical guidance and regular accountability. It’s open to businesses of every size and stage, in every sector.
Do I need to have employees?
No. The membership works whether you run your business on your own or lead an established team.
How much does membership cost?
Founding Membership is £20 + VAT a month (£24 including VAT) for our first 20 members, until 10 January 2027. Once Founding places are filled, Early Membership is £39 + VAT a month (£46.80 including VAT), until 10 January 2027. Core Membership is £49 + VAT a month (£58.80 including VAT) and is available to new members from 11 January 2027, when it becomes our standard membership. Premium Membership is £119 + VAT a month (£142.80 including VAT).
What happens to my price after 10 January 2027?
Nothing, as long as you stay continuously subscribed. Founding and Early members keep their introductory price and enhanced benefits, including weekly accountability sessions and Business Roundtables. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price at that time applies.
Can I join Core Membership now?
Core Membership opens to new members on 11 January 2027. Until then, our introductory Founding or Early Membership gives you more for less: weekly accountability sessions and Business Roundtables, at a lower monthly price that you keep while you stay subscribed.
What do Founding and Early Members receive?
Everything in Core Membership plus weekly accountability sessions and Business Roundtables. Founding and Early Membership include the same benefits; only the price differs. They don’t include the Premium quarterly 1:1 sessions.
What’s the difference between Core and Premium?
Core Membership includes fortnightly accountability sessions alongside the community, planning, networking, guest expert sessions and resources. Premium adds weekly accountability sessions, Business Roundtables and a quarterly 60-minute 1:1 session.
How do the Premium 1:1 sessions work?
Premium members have one 60-minute 1:1 session each quarter, booked in advance. If you need to rearrange, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions don’t roll over into the next quarter.
How do the accountability sessions work?
They’re regular online group sessions where members review progress, make commitments for the period ahead and keep each other on track. Core members attend fortnightly; Founding, Early and Premium members can attend weekly.
What happens in a Business Roundtable?
Members can, if they wish, share a business challenge and get fresh perspectives, possible solutions and the experience of other business owners. There’s no pressure to bring a challenge every time.
What if I can’t attend a session?
Sessions aren’t recorded, but you can join the next one and stay in touch with members through the private community in between.
How do I pay?
By debit or credit card through Stripe, our secure payment provider. You’re charged monthly on the date you joined, and you’ll receive a receipt and VAT invoice each month.
Is there a minimum membership period?
No. Membership is paid monthly with no long-term commitment.
How do I cancel or update my card?
Use Manage My Membership to cancel, update your card or download invoices. If you cancel, your membership continues until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT, with the VAT-inclusive amount alongside. The amount charged each month includes VAT at 20%.
